If you have a warranty return, contact us and we will
assist with technical support to determine if a return
is indeed necessary. After this determination is
made, we will give
you the information you need to return an item for
repair or replacement. This will include a Return
Merchandise Authorization number, address where the product needs to be returned,
and return packaging instructions. The RMA# must be placed on the
exterior of the package to be accepted as a warranty
returned item. NO RETURNS are accepted
without an RMA number.
